This 180-year-old living root bridge built over the Thailang River connects the village of Nohwet with the Lingkhut market and the cultivated lands of the villagers of the eastern part of the region.
These 30 meter long living awake root bridges have been built with 'Ficus elastica' or 'Indian rubber tree' which were planted on both sides of this river in 1840.
In the local language, this bridge is called 'Jing King Zari'. It can be reached easily by crossing the slope for 30 minutes. The way to the top is a bit tiresome which takes about 40 minutes.
